Asta is a high-growth startup, and our system is currently in its "Training Phase."
Our "Risk Engine" gets smarter with every user interaction. Every time a Scout reports a listing, saves a home, or flags an error, the algorithm updates the Trust Score for that asset in real-time.
We are building this with you. If the data feels off, flag it. You are helping us build a fraud-proof map of Ghana.
The Trust Protocol (Risk & Safety)
Are listings on Asta verified? We don't use a binary "Verified Badge." Instead, we calculate a dynamic Risk Score. We believe a single "stamp of approval" gets outdated the moment it's issued. Instead, our Risk Engine constantly analyzes the property based on:
Scout Signals: Reports and validations from the community.
Data Consistency: Does the price match the neighborhood average? Does the location data align with satellite imagery?
Seller Reputation: The historic track record of the lister.
Please note that some exceptions might be made as to how complete a property is during the listing review stage.
Can Asta help me negotiate?
We don't negotiate for you, but we give you the leverage to win. By showing you the Asta Price (our AI-estimated fair market value) alongside the Trust Score, you can walk into a negotiation knowing exactly how much leverage you have.
Can Asta work alongside my realtor?

How is the "Asta Price" calculated? We aim for objective truth. Our valuation engine triangulates:
The Asset: Physical condition and specs.
The Market: Live sales data from comparable homes in your zone.
The Macro: Broader economic trends in Ghana. Note: This is an estimated benchmark to help you price competitively, not a legal appraisal.
If there are no badges, how do I make my listing stand out? Transparency is the new SEO. The Asta algorithm rewards completeness. The more photos, accurate location data, and detailed descriptions you provide, the lower your Risk Score becomes. Listings with High Trust Scores are automatically pushed to the top of the feed and alerted to our top-tier Scouts.
Does Asta handle land or commercial property? Currently, our intelligence engine is optimized for Residential Assets (homes, apartments) in Greater Accra. We focus here to ensure our Risk Engine is highly accurate before expanding to more complex assets like raw land.
For Buyers (The Scout Experience)
What benefits do I get as a user? You stop being a victim of the market.
Risk Visibility: See immediately if a listing is flagged as "Suspicious" by the community.
Market Intel: Access price history and neighborhood trends that agents usually hide.
Scout Alerts: Set "Hunter" triggers. If a High-Trust property drops in price in your target zone, you know before anyone else.
Can I provide my own evaluation? Yes. You are a Scout. If you visit a property and the reality doesn't match the photos, you can submit a report. This feeds into the Risk Engine, adjusts the Trust Score, and helps protect the next buyer. Your contributions build your own Scout Reputation on the platform.
